The Hazel Park Radio Club sponsors the Michigan QSO Party with a plaque. There is a plaque available for the club to win for the in-state club competition. I would like HPARC operators to come together and  try to win the club competition for the MIQP. All it takes if a few hours of all of us who can to get on the air on Sat. April 19th for the MIQP.
