The Hazel Park Amateur Radio Club holds a weekly breakfast event as part of its initiative to promote friendship. In addition to HPARC members, members of other area clubs (USECA, Flying Beers Int’l, etc.) can be found at these breakfasts.
The Buddy Breakfast takes place every Saturday at 8:30 AM ET. As of November 23, 2024, the resturant we will meet at is Cozy Cabin, 2129 E 12 Mile Rd, Warren, MI 48092, US – MapQuest9. Talk-in for attendees is on our VHF repeater (W8HP, 146.640 MHz, 100.0 Hz CTCSS/PL tone, -600 kHz offset, analog FM mode), and also on the Flying Beers Int’l repeater (K8FBI, 442.600 MHz, 123.0 Hz CTCSS/PL tone, +5 MHz offset).
