FIELD DAY ANNOUNCEMENT

We usually arrive at the field day site around 11 am -11:30 am Saturday morning. The people that want to have breakfast before hand should meet at the Big Boy at the Baldwin Rd. exit of I-75 between 8:00 and 8:30 am .

Bring some folding chairs if you want something to sit upon and bedding if you want to sleep […]

License Testing

HPARC offers Amateur Radio License testing on the first Tuesday of even months at the Oak Park, Michigan Communitiy Center beginning at 7:30 PM. The testing dates are below.

Meetings

The Hazel Park Amateur Radio Club meets on the second Wednesday of each month, September thru May, at 7:30 PM at the Hoover Elementary School, 23720 Hoover, Hazel Park MI 48030.
(occasionally we meet on the third Wednesday due to the school schedule, so watch the Calendar for the exact dates)
Most meetings feature an entertaining technical presentation covering some aspect of Amateur Radio, club business, and socializing.

Free parking is available in the school parking lot. Handicapped parking is for those with Handicapped permits only. The area next to the gym entrance is for drop off supplies or persons with special needs only.

The “Tobacco Free School Law,” does not allow any use of tobacco products in the building. Tobacco products may be used in designated outdoor areas by adults as allowed by law.
